Coach Bowman is in his 34th year as an Athletic Trainer, his 26th here at CPHS (yes, he helped Noah when he sprained his ankle on the Ark). Before opening Cedar Park High School, he was in Kingsville ISD for 5 years, and an assistant trainer at Texas A&I University (currently Texas A&M Kingsville), where he is a graduate from.
Coach Bowman’s twins, Charles and William, were student trainers during their 4-years (actually since they were small children) at CPHS. They graduated in 2017, and are now trying to play on the All Pro Golf Tour. His daughter, Kabrina, was a student trainer also all four years and graduated from Cedar Park in 2023. She will be attending Oklahoma State University this Fall. Bowman’s wife Linda, is one of the athletic trainers at another LISD high school.
