Coach Brittain is the Defensive Coordinator at Cedar Park High School. This will be his 16th season at CPHS. He coached at Cedar Park from 2005 to 2018, went to Red Oak for 3 years, then returned to CPHS in 2021. He was an assistant in 2012 for Cedar Park’s 1st State Championship and was the Defensive Coordinator in 2015 for Cedar Park’s 2nd State Championship. Outside of his football duties, he is also the boys’ Head track coach. Coach Brittain is a graduate of West Texas A&M University where he played football for the Buffaloes. He has been married to Heidi Brittain for 27 years, and they have four children: Halee (31), Alle (26), Regan (25), and Brady (14).
