CPHS Football Booster Club Meeting Minutes

Coach’s Report:

We have purchased a new HUDL package for this season.

We will be installing cameras in CPHS Stadium.

LISD will help with installation of Wi-fi.

Our scrimmage against Westlake will be a fundraiser for the THSCEF Benevolence Fund, Our

Day To Shine.

President’s Report:

We need volunteers! Sommer has resigned as Secretary of the club and we are currently

seeking members interested in the role and taking nominations.

We will be raising prices in our concessions due to rising prices.

We’ve had a very good response to sponsorships this year. Great team work.

Vice President’s Report:

Team and Senior Mom Photos on Saturday June 20

Decal with Dads on Wednesday June 24 6pm Field House Study Hall, pizza will be provided

Meet The Timberwolves Wednesday September 14th 5pm, we will be sponsoring fireworks,

pending fire ban and permits.

Sponsorships for tailgates at Gupton. Available for $500 per game. No food or flyers.

We need volunteers! Parents will be given the opportunity to sign up for concessions and spirit

wear on their preferred date or one will be assigned.

Treasurer’s Report:

We are in good financial standing. Moving to Quickbooks Online.

Membership Report:

Approximately 100 members have signed up this year for HS adn 50 for MS.

New Items:

Golf Tournament – Will look into co-hosting with another sports team on a weekend.

Companies matching donations for membership.

Next meeting set for September 19th.
