The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Luke Wilson
New Business
Minutes from June 7, 2023 meeting – Motion to approve as presented, Luke Wilson; 2nd Chris Wicker. Approved.
Shout out to John Claybrook w/ Sponsorships for selling out in every category!
Presentation by Karen Faulkner – “We Can Tackle Hunger” Food Canned Drive for the CPHS vs LHS game on Oct. 27th
Luke Wilson made a call for volunteers! The Booster Club is a volunteer organization and it needs everyone’s time/hands to help make it successful. Please consider giving us some of your time!

It is time to start thinking about who wants to run for the Booster Club Board next year.
VP Report – Alexis Shotwell
We raised more than $40,000 with our fundraiser!
We need a group to cover the visitor side concessions for the Oct. 6th game. The Booster Club will pay $400.
Sponsorship Report – John Claybrook
We have sold out all opportunities on the Jumbotron this year.
If you know anyone that wants to do a sponsorship, please contact John Claybrook.
Coach Q Update –
Get involved with the Booster Club. We will start advertising the open Board positions for next year.
